About Space Clearing
Space clearing is a Feng Shui Ceremony for improving and revitalizing the energy of an environment. Space clearing can be just as important as physically cleaning a space. It uses intention, sensitivity, and knowledge of specific rituals to relieve a space of energetic debris. Like a sponge, a space absorbs the emotions and other energies of events occurring within it as well as all past events that may have taken place before you lived there.
Over time, negative situations, such as arguments, traumatic situations, can make spaces become thick with residue, perhaps so much as to feel suffocating or depressing even if these events occurred before! Space Clearing can help clear negative, stuck, or traumatic energy from hanging around and affecting the lives and health of everyone in your home.
A full space clearing should be done once a year for any space, and more often for places with high emotional stress, highly repetitive use, or poor Feng Shui that traps energy. Anyone can learn basic space clearing, but certified consultants have talent, experience, intuition and training being like an antennae to a space's energy. They are then able to facilitate complete, deep clearing of the space that can be much more affective than just walking around with a sage stick for example.

In a space clearing session I work with your intention. We discuss what you would like to improve in your life, what you would like to manifest or what goals you are working towards. Your space can help direct energy toward any of these intentions.
We then do a short visualization session on setting your intentions.
Next, we build an altar together. Here you can add things to it that are meaningful to you, and I will bring along symbolic objects and tools as well.
Then we go through the ceremony, which can be done with any other people in your house who you would like to join. The ceremony can include any of the following: drumming, singing bowls, bells, chimes, incense, sage, and other tools.
At the end of the session your home will feel more clear, perhaps like a fog has lifted. The energy flows with more ease so you can think clearer, and things feel more vibrant and alive!
