Spiritual Coaching Spiritual Coaching uses the principles of Law of Attraction as well as the belief that the mind, body, and soul are connected and addresses the belief that everything in our life affects us on a whole. Every coaching session I offer applies the Law of Attraction as well as a variety of spiritual principles. I believe that everything affects your well being from your home environment, your work you do in the world, your relationships, your physical and mental health, as well as your spiritual health! I feel it is important to look at all aspects of your life which you are influenced by including; your home environment, career and work, relationships, family life, finances, health of the body, mental, and physical health, and your spiritual health. I offer different sessions that are all spiritual based coaching; Feng Shui, Health Coaching, Law of Attraction, Hypnotherapy, Energy Work, Intuitive Readings, and Life/Spiritual Coaching. We look at all areas of your life to see what could be out of balance, discuss your goals and what you would like to see improve in your life, what you want to attract in your life and help to get yourself and your life moving on an upward spiral! Sessions Health Coaching If you would like to turn your health around it can help to have a coach to guide and motivate you along the way. If it is weight loss, improving health conditions, having more energy, increasing exercise and fitness, or just feeling better as your goal (or perhaps a combination of some or all of these things), health coaching can help you achieve your goals that could be challenging to get to when going alone. I draw upon tools such as using affirmations, guided visualizations, goal setting, and hypnotherapy to help you achieve your goals. We discuss goals, nutrition, fitness, mental and physical health, as well as overall health concerns and look at ways of improving all areas of your health. Find out more about Health Coaching here Feng Shui consultations Feng Shui has been practiced for over 2000 years (and may have been as long as 4000 years)! Feng Shui uses the Bagua map which correlates to different areas of your life such as career/finances, relationships, and health (to name a few). If you would like to improve certain areas of your life and bring in things such as improving a relationship or attracting a new relationship, more financial abundance, improving your health, career opportunities, increased finances and wealth then Feng Shui can help. It covers many areas of your life and they can all be helped with one Feng Shui session. You don't have to pick just one area but it does help if you have one in particular that you want to focus on improving. I help by suggesting changes to your home area such as objects, furniture, wall hangings (moving or replacing), de-cluttering, and tapping into the energy and feeling of items to help bring improvement or attract what you would like in your life. I can work remotely with Skype, Zoom, or your phone video camera (as you walk around your house we go on a guided tour together) or in person in the Seattle Metro area (once the Corona ban is lifted and it is safe to once again gather). Intuitive readings can help give you insight, guidance, and sometimes predict the future outcome or different possible outcomes (since we do have a lot of control over our future with the thoughts we think and our beliefs)! With that said I do believe there are some things that we agreed to before we came here and have made certain 'soul agreements' with others so those future outcomes can be a much higher probability of happening and I can help you see those future events. I have been studying intuition development for over 15 years and have psychic and mediumship abilities. I focus on giving deeper insights on situations and can be a channel to get guidance and direction from your higher self, spirit guides, departed loved ones, and angels. I use different oracle decks that help give guidance to your questions.
